In this Masterclass, Nick Ruddock will be sharing recommended physical preparation exercises, technical progressions and teaching points for;
- Stalders, Endo's and Toe On's
- Circle elements with 1/2 and 1/1 turn
- Backaway Dismount
- Double Back Dismount
... as well as running sessions on;

- 'Single Arm Support' for turns
... and sharing his '5 Principles of Bars'

Nick will be using Dartfish technology to assist the attendees with their technical eye, with the use of LIVE video replay and analysis.
