Description
In this Masterclass, Josh Champion will be sharing an in depth look at the Kazamatsu and Tsukahara vaults; two vaults which are often confused in the teaching process, but ones which almost all coaches will spend time teaching with their gymnasts.
Josh will be taking ticket holders through a range of technical progressions, whilst sharing the principles and technical points of these vaults, ensuring all attendees leave with clarity on;
- How to teach these elements
- Who they are for
- How to differentiate between them
- Why you would choose one approach and not the other
- And more!
For the first time at an NR Gymnastics Masterclass, we'll be using Dartfish technology to assist the attendees with their technical eye, with the use of LIVE video replay and analysis.
Josh is the Head Coach of the Men's Artistic Programme at Notts Gymnastics Academy [UK] and is also the Assistant Coach to Team England. Josh has extensive experience as a performance coach and international judge, the perfect match for a Masterclass clinician.
This Masterclass is for both MAG and WAG coaches.
